NQ Residential Property Solicitor - Richmond

We have a brand new opportunity at a Surrey practice for a Conveyancer / Solicitor with conveyancing expertise on a permanent basis. The firm have held off from recruitment until the SDLT deadline passed, they now have an immediate need for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their successful and hard working team.

Joining the firms highly skilled conveyancing team located in the Richmond office, the successful fee earner will be required to hit the ground running. As you will be expected to manage a busy and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions with minimal supervision. Along with the ability to manage transactions from instruction to post completion.

The Candidate

• Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer from newly qualified upwards
• Technically proficient in all aspects of freehold/leasehold
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Strives for highest standards in their work
