Real Estate Senior Paralegal / Legal Executive (Clean Energy)

A UK Top 50 Commercial law firm, are looking for a driven Senior Paralegal or Legal Executive to join their market leading Real Estate division, and specialise in the Clean Energy sector.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Commercial Property to join one of the most highly regarded real estate teams in the region, and develop their career in the Clean Energy sector.

Notably you will be based out of their state-of-the-art office in Bristol, and this is a full time, permanent position.

This is what you’ll be doing

• Undertake due diligence on clean energy projects, including wind, solar and hydro
• Assist with large clean energy financing transactions and disposals/acquisitions
• Perform title due diligence, enquires, searches and produce legal reports
• Support landlord and tenant work, corporate support and public sector work
• Provide excellent client service, and spot opportunities for business development to enhance the level of service provided by the firm

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• Legal Assistant/Paralegal/Legal Executive with experience gained in Commercial Property and/or landlord and tenant experience
• Experience in Clean Energy would be desirable, but an interest is sufficient
• LLB degree or CILEx
• A desire to be part of a high performing and dynamic team, and to develop your career in Commercial Property
• Good IT skills, including experience with case management systems
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent client care and communication skills
