Our client, a leading, L500 ranked law firm are seeking an Employment Solicitor to support them during a period of maternity leave.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a varied employment caseload to include contentious and non-contentious matters, representing both employers and employees. The firm advise and represent a range of clients including business owners, entrepreneurs and HNW individuals.
Full time secretarial support would be provided, and the firm use a document management system. The successful candidate would be responsible for overseeing a Junior and Trainee Solicitor, therefore previous supervisory experience is essential, however there would be no responsibility to manage their training and development.
This is an initially office-based contract, but the firm are open to discussing an element of remote working once the candidate is settled in. The office is based in Central London and is in walking distance of several tube and train stations.
The firm are offering a salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience. Those seeking work earlier than September are encouraged to apply, as the firm will consider an August start.
