Commercial Litigation Lawyer - 6-month FTC - London - 3+ PQE

We are working with a leading International Law Firm who are looking to bring on board a lawyer to their Cyber Disputes team for a contract of 6 months. Candidates will be involved in a significant, high profile dispute.

Candidates are likely to have 3+ years' experience in commercial litigation and ideally have some exposure to cyber, data protection and/or TMT disputes.

Whilst this contact is initially for a 6-month duration, there is a chance of further extension.

Technology is frequently at the core of disputes where the battle is focused on technology, data, and online issues. The team advise corporate and insurer clients on manging domestic and international cyber incidents and data breaches, claims, recovery actions, necessary regulatory investigations, and the subsequent litigation - to include group claims.

Successful candidates will be working closely with a leading Partner within the cyber and TMT disputes market and can expect to be involved in significant, high profile data and cyber breach disputes.

A strong commercial litigation background obtained within City, West End or ranked regional firms is essential. Exposure to cyber, data protection and/or TMT disputes is ideal.

This project is to commence imminently so candidates should ideally be available at short notice or immediately.
Candidates are likely to be qualified within England & Wales, although candidates qualified in other commonwealth jurisdictions (to include Australia and New Zealand, for example) will also be considered.
