Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor to join the Legal 500 recommended team in the London office of this Legal 100 firm.

In this role, you will be dealing with a diverse range of defendant personal injury claims, from initial instruction through to settlement. Many of the cases the team deals with are not your typical personal injury claims, often involving accidents and incidents with multiple casualties, other jurisdictions, regulatory issues and disputes over liability and causation. In addition to running your own caseload, you will also assist the partners dealing with exceptionally complex, very high value claims.

You will ideally need to be a Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor, probably between NQ and 2 years' PQE, from a renowned and established team. Candidates with strong Claimant experience will be given consideration. Experience of other areas of defendant insurance work would be advantageous but is not essential.
