THE ROLE
This specialist law firm continues to experience significant success and goes from strength to strength in the sector. They are looking to appoint a Court of Protection Solicitor to join a team managing Finance and Property deputyship files. You will be advising clients, families and carers and support teams on a wide range of legal issues and undertake applications to Court

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful Solicitor will have around 3 years’ experience in Court of Protection work, gained pre/during and post qualification and you will be comfortable handling professional deputyship work, advising on Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection.
