Intellectual Property Paralegal

We are excited to be working with a Technology Company in their search for an Intellectual Property Counsel.

THE ROLE:

• Assisting the lawyers with providing expert Intellectual Property legal advice.
• Assisting with drafting and reviewing of licences and other agreements relating to technology transfer and exploitation.
• Advising on new and forthcoming IP legislations and regulations.
• Supporting the maintenance and exploitation of the Company’s trademark portfolio.

SKILLSET:

• Solid experience as a commercially focussed paralegal.
• Exposure to Intellectual Property advantageous.
• A genuine interest in expanding knowledge in IP.
• Keen to gain exposure to a broad range of technologies and work with leading technology experts!
