This is an urgent Commercial Property position for an NQ Solicitor or Legal Executive or a very experienced paralegal.

The firm would also consider residential property fee earners who may want to move into commercial property so this could prove to be an exciting career change move.

The bulk of the work is for a commercial property/secured lending fee earner acting primarily for a finance company who offer bridging finance.

The individual must have had existing residential or commercial property legal experience whether as a fee earner or as an assistant.

A good knowledge of property law is required including the ability to check property titles, complete property searches, check enquiries and deal with completion and post-completion formalities under the supervision of an experienced commercial property solicitor.

This is a supportive working environment and this is an excellent training opportunity as the individual will work in a small but growing team with highly experienced solicitors who have been trained at City firms.
