Job Details
Our client is a full-service, progressive law firm based in Liverpool who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/ CILEX (3+ PQE) to join their Plot Sales team.
The Plot Sales team advise developers and house builders locally and across the North West on each stage of their development transactions, acting on their site acquisitions and subsequently, the sale of each plot. The experienced team have built a reputation for being market-leaders for their services and advice, and are trusted advisers within the local property development market.
The successful candidate will be supervising an assistant whilst dealing with a full plot sales caseload. You will be liaising directly with sales agents and clients and will be responsible for the preparation and sending out of contracts & legal packs, as well as sending out lease and property management agreements. You will deal with any development enquires that come through, reporting to clients on the progress of developments and plot sales.
You will need to have gained 3+ years' PQE either as a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer and have experience in dealing with residential development projects and plot sales.
