The Role:

The firm is looking for an ambitious Banking & Finance Solicitor 2+ PQE to join their growing team in London.

The Banking & Finance team advises financial institutions (in various roles including senior, mezzanine and junior), funds and corporate clients (including borrowers and sponsors) both nationally and internationally.

The work spans a wide-ranging spectrum of banking and finance work and asset classes.

This includes corporate lending, general banking, leverage and structured finance, real estate and project finance, energy and structured asset finance, asset-based lending, fund finance, debt loan transactions and restructuring work.

Requirements:

• You will be a 2+ PQE Banking & Finance Solicitor
• Experience in one or all of the aforementioned areas
• You will have first-class communication skills
• Be willing to get involved in business development and have the drive to establish a name for yourself
• Able to collaborate with colleagues departmentally and firm-wide
