PI Solicitor Harrogate upto £40k

Fee earner to join busy Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Department.

The role would ideally suit a Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive with approximately 4 years’ PQE. This is a brand new role due to growth within the personal injury and clinical negligence team.

The role involves handling a broad range of personal injury fast track and multi-track files and clinical negligence claims from inception to settlement.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and ideally have a solid background in personal injury and clinical negligence law. However, applications will be considered from personal injury lawyers who have some clinical negligence experience or a desire to broaden their knowledge and practice in clinical negligence. The successful candidate should have a sound knowledge of the CPR and solid litigation experience and will possess excellent client care skills, be hardworking and self-motivated.

The position is full-time and based in Harrogate, with the opportunity for some remote working.
