INDUSTRIAL DISEASE SOLICITOR
Industrial Disease Solicitor is required to deal with a varied defendant caseload at this top 50 UK law firms Birmingham office.
Role Overview
In joining this firm as an industrial disease solicitor, you will join a team that specialises in a mix of industrial disease work including NIHL, HAVS, and asbestos related work.
You will be expected to handle your own caseload and assist on higher value work for partners and senior associates within the team. This is a role where you can increase your technical knowledge and develop your career.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking a solicitor who can demonstrate:
- Prior experienced in either claimant or defendant litigated industrial disease work. Newly qualified candidates will be considered.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Someone who can show a real enthusiasm to develop their career in industrial disease work.
