Restructuring 1-4 PQE
This well-established City firm is seeking to bring on board a junior/mid level Restructuring Associate. In what some may be considering as the 'calm before the storm', they are seeking to position themselves appropriately to ensure they are extremely well-positioned to meet their clients' needs. Following senior hires earlier this year, they are now looking to bring on board an Associate to build out their team.
The team undertakes both contentious and non-contentious matters, advising a broad range of clients including administrators, banks and corporates for stakeholders including, debtors, creditors, sponsors, directors and insolvency officeholders. They operate on instructions from across the UK, as well as cross-border and multi-national mandates.
