IP, Media & Technology Paralegal

This industry leading law firm are currently looking for a paralegal to join their IP, Media & Technology group in Bristol. Your new firm
The work will be a mixture of non-contentious commercial matters, data protection, as well as IT, IP, media and commercial litigation. The team are strongly regarded and deal with all aspects of IP and technology work. Their clients operate across a wide range of sectors, and include retailers, major brand owners, technology providers, publishers of traditional and digital media, manufacturers, designers, online businesses, advertising agencies and leading insurers. Duties will include assisting with general commercial work such as drafting consumer facing terms and conditions, brand protection, marketing and advertising queries, as well as assisting with the conduct of litigation/arbitration/mediation, preparing draft correspondence and completing high-level commercial contract reviews for a broad range of well-known Technology and Retail clients to assist senior lawyers with drafting and strategy advice.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ambitious paralegal who is passionate about IP, Technology, Data Protection, Commercial contracts or Media, either contentious or non-contentious. The firm are looking for someone with excellent academics; LPC graduates and/or CILEX qualifications are highly desirable. Prior experience as a paralegal would be preferred (ideally in a commercial or litigation department).
