Legal Advisor role for a leading infrastructure business based in London.

Your new company

A household brand in the rail and infrastructure sector, with fantastic offices at an iconic London location. This business is a crucial player in the UK rail infrastructure's continued evolution.

Your new role

To support the General Counsel and Corporate Services Director and the Senior Legal Adviser(s) in: Ensuring that the company complies with legislation, regulation and the requirements of regulatory bodies. Protecting the businesses commercial position in the establishment of new (or the maintenance and application) of existing agreements, leases, regulatory documents, financing documents and assisting with dispute resolution.

What you'll need to succeed

Solicitor or Barrister qualified to practice in England and Wales with a current practising certificate. Circa 3 Years (as a guide) of relevant Post Qualification Experience gained either at a respected commercial firm or through an in-house position. The ideal candidate will have experience in a broad range of legal fields (i.e., commercial, corporate, regulatory, financing, construction) and with a breadth of legal issues. Experience in a railway focused business would be advantageous but not essential.
