Job Details
TSR Legal have an exciting opportunity at a top law firm where you will support the firms partners in client development, to build growth by raising the firm’s profile and build relationships both internally and externally with clients.
As the Client Development Solicitor ,you will ensure the firm is in line with dynamic strategies, driving operational excellence and encourage client retention and growth.
You will collaborate with practice teams as you create and develop new innovative programmes to train and coach senior staff and partners. The Client Development Solicitor will liaise directly with senior management, events and marketing. You will be qualified solicitor / non practicing and have a track record in client development / relationships looking to develop into a client development expert. In return, you can expect an excellent salary and bonus package.
