The role

This is a rare opportunity for a Private Client Lawyer to join a lead a department based in Andover, Hampshire.

In this role you will be leading the private client team coupled with running your own files and cases. This department deals with a broad array of matters which includes:

• Wills
• Trusts
• Probate
• Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Court of Protection

In this role you will be able to put your stamp on a department. This practice is seeking a commercially minded individual to manage the department with a vision of growth and expansion for the long term. Experience in management is desirable, but not essential.
