This leading central London law firm is looking to hire a Trust & Property Litigation Solicitor into their successful team. They are looking for a qualified solicitor with previous experience working in trust litigation for a minimum of 1 year, ideally with some property litigation experience.

The Role: Trust & Property Litigation Solicitor

The team has 2 Partners; the Head of the Department is Legal 500, and Chambers 2021 ranked. The other Partner is ranked in the Legal 500 2021. They have experience with almost every type of trust and property dispute. They advise landlords, tenants, multiple national retailers, developers, local authorities and individual property investors. You'll find a range of clients from substantial PLC's to small and medium-sized businesses and private individuals.

Requirements

• You will be a Solicitor with Trust Litigation and Property Litigation experience (1+ year experience in trust litigation is essential)
• You will be keen to go out and engage in business development and build up your own client base.
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential.
• You should work well within a team.
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work.
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package.
