Commercial Contracts Lawyer

We have a new opportunity for a qualified Lawyer of 2+years PQE with commercial contracts expertise to join TLT on an interim basis for an initial 6 month contract. This would suit applicants from a private practice or in-house background with availability to start a new role from September/October 2021. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to specialise in commercial contracts, or a more experienced lawyer interested in assisting a range of busy and successful legal teams.

The role will involve drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a range of contracts for our various business areas within the firm, generally supporting our financial services, retail and corporate clients. Experience in financial services or a professional services firm would be an advantage.

You will act as an internal consultant and have extensive dealings with employees across the firm, including Partners. Therefore, we are looking for professionals with confident communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills who can demonstrate the necessary expertise and ability to gain credibility quickly.
