We are working with a well-known award winning, leading law firm which offers its clients a full range of all commercial and private legal services.
With an expanding portfolio of West Midlands based offices, the firm is currently look to appoint a senior hire into its Commercial Litigation team.
Ideally it wishes to attract a senior associate or existing director / partner from a commercial firm who wants to embrace a partnership role within a new exciting environment. Ideally this Partner would operate from the firm’s prime-location Birmingham office to work alongside the existing commercial litigators but to act as a mentor and leader to those in more junior positions.
The work typically covered by the firm’s Litigation team covers a broad diet of work with specific emphasis on:
- Partnership and Shareholder disputes
- Warranty Claims and Breach of Contract
- Finance and banking disputes
- Restrictive covenants and breach of confidentiality
- Intellectual Property
Working within a wide range of sectors including:
- Technology and Media
