JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 1+

SALARY: £Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
A new position has arisen within an established and successful commercial property team in Leicester for a Commercial Property Solicitor with up to 5 years PQE in dealing with a mixed caseload of matters. The property team covers the broad remit of real estate law and they are looking for someone who possesses the ability to advise on a variety of commercial property related matters including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and option promotion and collaboration agreements.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 5 years PQE. You will have a minimum of 12 months experience in dealing with all types of commercial property transactions and be looking for a supportive and encouraging environment where you can see your career flourish. You will have gained relevant experience within a reputable and leading practice recognised for their commercial property offerings.
