COMMERCIAL LITIGATION - NORTHAMPTONSHIRE - BRILLIANT FIRM
This firm are looking for a candidate 5 years' PQE with a strong background in Commercial Litigation who is confident in all general litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be proactive and strive for the highest quality of client care, and will be able to provide the best advice for them. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent time-management skills and be confident working independently and as part of a wider team.
This is an exciting role due to its variation in work, which includes the full range of disputes that businesses and individuals encounter: some examples are breach of contract, shareholder/director disputes, debt recovery and professional negligence.
The firm are looking for an accomplished Litigator with experience of the Civil Procedure Rules. This is an exciting opportunity for any experienced solicitor who is enthused by the idea of progression, and determined to be the best at what they do - this organisation invests in its employees and will provide the right candidate with all the tools needed to grow.
