Commercial Property Solicitor – Hexham, Northumberland

We are now looking to expand our property team with an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to be based in the beautiful historic market town of Hexham, Northumberland.

Located on the south banks of the River Tyne, Hexham is a bustling market town rich in history, dating back to the 1300s.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their career with a view to becoming a partner in our successful, friendly firm.

The Role

This is a full-time role that will involve handling the full range of commercial property matters whilst providing clients with high quality commercial property advice.  You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • commercial and agricultural sales, acquisitions and leases; and
  • all other aspects of commercial and rural property work including property development.

The Candidate

You will be an experienced commercial property solicitor with 5+ years PQE and be able to build a good rapport with existing and new clients.

You will have excellent attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills. You will be expected to take an active role in networking and business development to generate new clients and contacts as well as maintaining current relationships.
