A well-respected firm is expanding on a national level and is working with Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment exclusively.

This is a unique opportunity, in that the firm in question has recently acquired a large source of legal aid work, and as such is keen to speak with family solicitors with experience of legal aid files. The successful Solicitor will be dealing with a caseload of No Molestation orders and Injunctions, the successful applicant will ideally have some exposure dealing with Domestic Violence matters, but good legal aid experience is essential.

The role comes with plenty of support and a strong input of resources from the firm, giving you everything you need to work with this highly regarded business. The role comes with highly attractive salaries and fantastic progression potential.

The ideal candidate for this exceptional opportunity will be an experienced family law solicitor, ideally with four or more years of post-qualification experience, who has experience with a range of public funded files; panel accreditation or the willingness to get accredited is a must.

The successful Family Solicitor will be an ambitious solicitor who is committed to growing with the practice and promoting the family team and its development, they will also have the flexibility to work from home, but if preferred the option to work in the office is also there if preferred.
