We are working with a niche legal business which specialises in property litigation matters. 

With two separate departments being residential litigation and commercial property litigation, my client is currently looking to build the commercial arm of the business by hiring a manager to oversee all new and existing matters that come to them.

They specialise in debt recovery for both private and commercial landlords; using a state of the art practice management system they keep abreast of their clients’ tenants and any issues that may arise in relation to payments and non-payments.  Matters often advancing to either county court or high court hearings – therefore experience in dealing with this is essential.

Those who have experience in the following will be of interest:

  • Commercial property litigation
  • Debt collection
  • Debt procedure
  • Representing clients in County court and High court
  • Business development
  • Good time management
  • Training and experience gained from a reputable national or leading regional law firm
  • UK qualified solicitor OR Legal Executive will be considered

This role will be to oversee all existing client needs but to also develop business elsewhere and attract new clients through networking and promoting the business as and when. 

The opportunity will offer a senior position overseeing the rest of the team, and in time, the role will provide Directorship opportunities.

The successful candidate will be remunerated generously – with additional benefits such as medical, pension, and 25 days holiday and DIS 4x salary.
