An opportunity has arisen for a junior level NQ-3 years PQE Real Estate Development Solicitor who has hit a brick wall career wise and is looking to take that step up to a leading law firm. This vacancy would suit those looking for a genuine, clear path to progress their career, which they may be unable to at their current firm.

This forward thinking leading Legal 200 law firm in Southampton has a proven track record for success and is looking for an experienced Solicitor for its residential development team in this key placement. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team at an exciting growth stage.

You'll be handling a mixed workload of construction and development work as well as assisting on more complex high net worth transactions.

This Southampton-based role as an NQ-3 Real Estate Development Solicitor will involve:
  • The autonomy to handle your own caseload
  • A clear career path from the outset
  • Being active in business development in order to gain new clients and grow your own caseload
