CORPORATE SENIOR ASSOCIATE - YORKSHIRE - (6+ PQE)
If you have corporate experience gained at a high-quality firm and you are looking to improve and widen your career prospects, then there are few opportunities to rival this. This is an excellent law firm, offering very exciting career prospects to the successful candidate.

The work will be varied and interesting and will consist of M&A, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, investments, refinancing and joint ventures

As a senior solicitor, you will have strong transactional experience, a commercial approach and the ability to build effective relationships. Whilst a following is not required, a network of contacts would be an advantage. You will have experience of, and enjoy being the first point of contact for clients..

You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the very high standards of this high ranking firm. This high-ranking firm has an excellent reputation and rarely offers lateral moves as staff retention is very high.
