AGRICULTURAL REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR- NEWCASTLE - (NQ -3 PQE)
I was instructed by one of my top Clients in the North East today as they have an opportunity with huge potential for a Junior to Mid-Level Solicitor with experience in the field of Agriculture or a Commercial Property Solicitor with an interest in getting into the Agricultural setting to join their top tier firm.
You will be joining the firm as an integral part of the fee earning team, with the opportunity to get involved with exciting areas such as:
- Rural property sales and purchases
- Refinancing of farms and land
- Farm business tenancies
- Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies
- Easements over land
