Corporate Commercial Lawyer | Fantastic NQ Opportunity
Due to continued growth and success of the firms corporate and commercial department, they are now looking for a bright and dynamic newly qualified lawyer to join the team. The Commercial teams are also looking for someone who is able to build long-standing relationships with clients and professional contacts.
£40k (DOE) - NQ Salary with a mix of office and remote working
You will be able to manage an active caseload and enjoy business development. Key responsibilities for the role will include:
- Share acquisitions and sales
- Asset sales and purchases
- Mergers
- Corporate restructures
- Company buybacks
- Shareholder agreements
- Contract drafting
- Trademark protection
- Corporate compliance
This is the chance to become an integral member of the Corporate Commercial department and a key member of the firm. You will be able to enjoy great quality of work along with the full support of the wider team.
