A progressive and forward thinking firm that are well known across the South West of England have continued to have a record number of instructions within their Residential Property department across all offices and are looking for two experienced Conveyancers/Residential Property Solicitors to join their highly successful team. The openings are now available in Axminster and Chard locations.

The firm are able to consider applications from both full-time and part-time applicants, along with flexi-working.

You will be able to manage a full caseload of residential property transactions which will include all freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, staircasing transactions, transfer of equities and any other transactions associated with conveyancing.
