JOB TITLE: Litigation Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3+

SALARY: £Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:
A prime opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Litigation Solicitor to join a reputable law firm in Cambridgeshire and play a supportive role in the litigation department. The appointed Litigation Solicitor will be expected to take a lead on a variety of litigation matters covering all types of general litigation matters including but not limited to contract disputes, construction disputes, company disputes, insolvency claims and landlord and tenant disputes.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from candidates with a minimum of 3 years experience in dealing with all types of commercial litigation related matters. Ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitors will have gained relevant experience within a well-regarded law firm renowned for their litigation offerings. Ideal Commercial Litigation Solicitors will have technical expertise in shareholder disputes, contract disputes, landlord and tenant disputes and also company disputes. As the appointed Commercial Litigation Solicitor you will be well placed to handle your own caseload of files as well as go out and win new work through business development and networking skills.
