A well established, multi office, high street firm in Warrington is looking for a residential conveyancer to join their well-regarded property department.

The role

  • Dealing with purchase, sales, re-mortgage and transfer of equity matters
  • ID requirements, source of funds, gift deposits, risk assessments
  • Issuing contracts
  • Mortgage redemptions
  • Exchange of contracts
  • Ordering and reporting on searches
  • Checking and reporting of titles (including leases and raising associated enquiries)
  • Checking and reporting on mortgages
  • Checking and reporting on management packs
  • New build and second-hand transactions
  • Unregistered land
  • Dealing with completion process
  • Managing and developing relations with referrers

The firm offers a supportive and friendly environment with a traditional approach to conveyancing.

The Ideal Candidate

  • An experienced residential conveyancing fee earner.
  • Qualified or non-qualified

Salary and Benefits

  • Competitive salary dependent upon level of experience (up to £40,000)
