The Role:

This Legal 500 ranked Commercial Property team is now looking to expand in Manchester.

You will be involved in genuinely first-class work on behalf of major developers, investors, and local authorities across a broad range of Commercial Property matters. You will have the opportunity to take on a broad scope of work or specialise, with full support from the Partners whichever path you choose to take.

Working alongside some of the most respected Partners in Property Law, you will be supported to continue developing your technical skills and commercial awareness whilst being encouraged to climb the progression ladder. There is clear scope for progression to Legal Director/Partnership in the near future in line with the practice's growth.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with 8+ years PQE
• Have gained experience in a respected Real Estate team
• You will be comfortable working independently and collaborating effectively as part of a team
• Be an ambitious, commercially driven individual looking to join one of the most respected Real Estate teams in the country
• Comfortable with business development and have begun to establish client relationships
