The role:

Opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE to progress within a commercial team in Reading that is operating at the forefront of multiple sectors.

You will work across a broad range of commercial contracts and demonstrate outstanding drafting and negotiation skills. With the support and guidance of senior lawyers, you will be given a platform to work with clients directly and manage relationships.

Prior exposure to big ticket commercial work will put you on a solid footing for contributing to large projects for major commercial organisations.

You'll be working alongside leading figures and assist them on complex matters, often multi-jurisdictional in nature.

Requirements:

· Commercial Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE with training and experience in a quality commercial practice
· Commercially focussed and committed to providing outstanding client care
· Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
