Our client enjoy a reputation as a leading commercial law firm, rated in Legal 500 as a Tier 1 firm. Due to an increase in work streams, they are currently recruiting Commercial/ Financial Services litigators at all levels, working remotely, for a major new project, to join their market leading Financial Services Litigation team, dealing with excellent quality and high calibre work. With remote working for the whole team, both permanent and 12 month FTC roles are on offer, and the firm can provide genuine flexibility in terms of home and agile working. This is a rare proposition in the current market for litigators looking for flexibility and a market leading salary.
Your new role
Working within a team noted as being one of the leaders in its field, you will work closely with colleagues and clients on high profile litigation matters. You will act for major banks and other financial institutions, including some big names and overseas banks. The team have a successful track record of growth over the last few years, including 2020. Having recently secured a high-profile contract for one of their leading Financial Services clients, they are keen to expand their team and are looking for litigation lawyers at all levels.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have trained and worked for a leading commercial firm and have gained a demonstrable track record of taking responsibility for and handling demanding banking, financial services or commercial litigation matters. You will be used to managing your own high volume caseload of challenging matters, while supporting the wider team on larger more complicated matters. Availability on short notice would be a distinct advantage.
