RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING - NORTHAMPTONSHIRE - TEAM LEADER

A brilliant opportunity to join a reputable, well-established firm has arisen. In this senior position, your role will be to further develop the Residential Conveyancing Team in an executive role.

This firm is a multi-office, highly successful organisation with a brilliant reputation and fantastic team members.

This role comes with a lot of responsibility which the right candidate will shoulder with enthusiasm and confidence. As an experienced conveyancer, you will have experience managing your own caseload, and be excited by the chance to develop a team to the highest standard, dealing with a varied caseload and also investing in business development.

The typical workload will include sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity - including new build and leasehold. Experience in these is essential, and further managerial experience is beneficial but not essential.
