Corporate/ECM - Energy - London - 4+ and 6+ PQE

Our client is a top 20 international law firm.

Due to continued growth and client demand, our client is now looking for two additional Associates at Mid (4+) and Senior (6+) levels, to join a small and focused corporate group. The team works across a range of sectors with a particular expertise in upstream oil & gas.

Energy sector expertise would be nice to have but is not essential: they are looking for a general corporate lawyer who has experience of public markets (ECM), M&A, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, buy-outs, and IPO work.

This is a tremendous opportunity to advance your career within a focused corporate group at an internationally leading law firm. The successful candidate will have:

• Strong academics and training from a rated (ideally international) firm
• Either 4+ or 6+ years' post-qualification experience in transactional corporate work including some experience of AIM market transactions;
• Commercial and financial awareness; and
• The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
