The successful Childcare Solicitor will join a small, friendly team managing a majority caseload of public funded matters alongside an experienced Childcare Solicitor. By its nature the day to day will vary and will often require quick decision making and quick turnaround applications to make of work will include Care Orders, Supervision Orders, Special Guardianship, Emergency Protection, NAI and removal of Children. Strong client care skills and a can do attitude will help build out your personal brand and drive growth in the department.

The successful Childcare Solicitor will possess upwards of 1 PQE gained in a busy high street or regional legal law firm and will of course have demonstrated the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, has to enjoy meeting people and be driven to do the right thing in a sensitive and supportive fashion.
