The Role:

The firm is looking to expand its highly regarded, Legal 500 ranked Corporate team in Manchester.

The Corporate team has an impressive client base across several sectors, including retail, sports, and technology. Clients include Premier League football clubs and leading sports broadcasters.

You will be involved in a range of interesting and high profile Corporate transactions, working alongside respected Partners who have experience at leading international law firms in Manchester and London. The exposure you will gain, and the 1:1 mentoring from these Partners will allow you to develop your technical ability to a high level.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
• You will have gained exposure to a broad range of work, including acquisitions & disposals, private equity, restructures, MBOs, and joint ventures
• Comfortable dealing with clients and building strong relationships
• Have an entrepreneurial flair and have an interest in business development
