COSTS DRAFTSPERSON
A costs draftsperson / Costs Lawyer is required for this award-winning international Law Firm. The role is based in Liverpool.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the management of a caseload including schedules of costs, bills of costs and negotiating costs to settlement. The role involves dealing predominantly with adverse costs claims on multi track matters.
Candidate Profile
The firm is seeking and costs draftsperson with the following experience/characteristics:
- Experience of handling your own caseload
- Drafting points of dispute
- Knowledge of the CPR and legislation
- Excellent communication, organisation and research skills
- Ability to work as a team and independently
