Solicitor - Estates, Wills and Trusts Disputes, 2+ years PQE with Competitive Salary + Benefits

Our client are a top law firm, looking for a proacive Disputes Solicitor to join their top ranked Estate, Trust & Will Disputes Team based in Norwich

Working under supervision and closely with partners, the role will include dealing with a full range of contentious issues relating to wills and trusts.

You will gain exposure to a wide range of clients, including but not limited to private clients, trust companies, educational establishments, professional indemnity insurers, charities, business owners and high net worth individuals. You will work closely with Estate, Trust and Will Disputes colleagues based in other offices but will assist with delivering a service nationally across all of the firm‘s offices.

This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially aware, ambitious individual to develop your career working in a supervised environment for a growing national firm.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ year‘s PQE qualified in estate, trust and will disputes work gained in a City or large regional firm recognised for this practice area with good academics and be technically strong with excellent drafting and written communications skills. You should take an analytical approach to your work and have strong interpersonal and team working skills. 

Interviews will be conducted via video calls.
