Job Details
This is a Head of Department role in Private Client to manage a small team, and develop the practice and team further. We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor who is ambitious and career minded.
The role will see you increasing visibility to develop business, increasing market awareness and building internal relationships to benefit from nurturing exisiting clients from other areas, such as the property teams. Much of the work is around Wills, Probate, LPAs Trusts and tax, but there is also Court of Protection matters with all the work being privately funded.
Our client has a family feel, they invest alot of time back to the local communicty and with a number of offices, this role will be based in Bedford, but in time there will be the ability for an agile flexible working pattern to include home working, as this firm have exceptional IT capabilities.
You will manage your own clients being a fee earner, and in return, this firm offer very good benefits.
