The team manages a wide client base including property developers, owners and investors, for all aspects of commercial property work, including sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises, of an extensive range of land and property types and landlord and tenant work. You’ll act for lenders, pension schemes and get involved in corporate support.
You’ll relish managing your own client relationships and take satisfaction from identifying and solving problems on behalf of your clients and team colleagues.
There is a career path available here and the chance to get access to complex commercial property transactions.
Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Bournemouth area.
