This firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer with 3+ years' experience to join their impressive office in South London.

The Role

The Property department deals with a broad range of work. You will deal with a broad caseload of sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity. There will also be the opportunity to undertake lease extensions and some light commercial work if you have this experience (this will be preferred but not essential).

This is a long-term opportunity with great opportunities for progression. The firm are known to really invest in and look after their staff and have an excellent staff retention rate.

Requirements & Benefits

You will have at least 3 years' experience in managing your own caseload in residential property (experience and culture fit is more important than your qualifications)
