A well regarded Legal 500 law firm that I have worked with for over 5 years are recruiting for a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor for their office near Leamington Spa. This firm has an established Property Litigation team which deals with residential and commercial property disputes.

The firm boasts an excellent work load that includes a broad range of complex residential and commercial property disputes. An ideal candidate will have a specialist property litigation background dealing with a broad range of matters which includes boundary disputes, dilapidations, breach of leases etc

This role is ideally suited to candidate with at least 4 years post qualified specifically within Property Litigation. You will be required to manage your own caseload, so you will be comfortable developing client relationships. The work will be high level and rewarding and push a driven and ambitious property litigation lawyer to take on some complex work.
