Our clients are seeking experienced lawyers who are specialist in advocacy, advisory and drafting services, to handle instructions in complex civil litigation; primarily in the fields of financial mis-selling, consumer credit, construction, data protection and privacy, and landlord and tenant

Experience within a similar role essential.Knowledge of the industry advantageous.Personality and Tenacity essential.Barrister/Solicitor Qualification essential.For candidates who are Solicitors it is preferable if they have obtained their civil Higher Rights of Audience qualification, to enable , practise in the higher courts of England and Wales. Candidates must have Part 7 litigation experience from commencing proceedings all the way through to trial, including attending CMC’s and making interim applications. Multi track experience is preferable, with Fast Track litigation experience a must. Candidates must be comfortable in attending conference with lay clients and their representative to provide advice, as well as being comfortable attending conference with external counsel in order to take advice on issues, as and when required.
