Job Details
A friendly London Borough Council are seeking a hard-working, enthusiastic Lawyer to join their Adult Social Care team to cover maternity leave. The role can be conducted fully remotely if this is your preference.
The successful Lawyer will handle the following:
- Judicial reviews (JR)
- No recourse to public funds (NRPF)
- Disputed age assessments
- Unaccompanied minors
- S17/20 Children Act disputed cases
- Adult social care matters
