The Role

1-4 PQE PQE Property Associate to join Chambers & L500 ranked firm in Bristol

Working alongside two influential Partners, you will work with colleagues within Residential Property, Transactional Real Estate, Trust and Tax and Agricultural Litigation teams to provide an extensive property offering to the private wealth sector. The firm are the leaders nationally in supporting Landed clients.

Primarily within Agricultural Property, you will act on sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant relationships, share and contract farming agreements, along with mortgaging and re-mortgaging and easements and covenants. Alot the work will come from contentious matters, and the respect fallout in terms of assets.

Leading the field in what they do, you will perform at the peak of the sector, continuing to develop your expertise with mentoring whilst being encouraged to work independently and build upon your network.

The Requirements

• 1+ Years PQE within Property
• Experience with Landed individuals and Agricultural clients being desirable
• Keen to build longstanding client relationship
• Commercial-awareness when met with problems and when engaging with current and future clients
• Willingness to continually progress as a Solicitor.
