EXCITING OPOPRTUNITY - CONVEYANCING - KENT
A brilliant opportunity has arisen in this excellent, highly profitable firm's Conveyancing department. This is a chance for solicitors, paralegals or legal executives with solid conveyancing experience to develop their skills and work alongside an excellent, close-knit team who produce very high-quality work.
Due to the nature of the opportunity, the ideal candidate will be a fantastic team player, adaptable and versatile and able to fit in seamlessly as a person and an employee. Previous conveyancing experience is essential however this firm is flexible on the capacity of this experience, provided you have a demonstrable skillset and are competent on conveyancing matters. This is a role they will mold around the ideal candidate, so there's definitely an emphasis on finding the right person, rather than creating a specific role.
Examples of matters you might deal with in this position include sales and purchases, remortgages, new builds, repossessions, deeds of gifts, equity releases, drafting declaration of trusts and other general property related matters.
