Our client one of North Yorkshire's largest and longest-established Law firms is looking to recruit a highly experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their busy probate department on a full-time permanent basis.
This firm are well established and have been well respected in the legal sector for over 100 years. They are an ambitious firm, with high standards of client care. They are also passionate about developing their staff and are both Lexcel and Investors in People accredited.
They are now looking for an enthusiastic Solicitor to join their busy Private Client team to work mainly from their Malton and Pickering offices .
As the newly appointed Private Client Solicitor you will be responsible for delivering a full range of private client services and your role will include but not be exclusive to :
Handling a varied caseload of Private Client matters including:
LPAs, Will instructions and preparation
Administration of Estates, Trusts and Tax
Providing clients with an exceptional level of client care
Ensuring that business targets relating to service, quality and productivity are being met
In order to be considered for this role you will :
*Have proven experience in a busy Private Client Role
*Demonstrate the ability to liaise with elderly and vulnerable clients
*Have a genuine enthusiasm for networking and business development activities
*Be able to work autonomously whilst adhering to strict billing targets
